RTÉ is the largest broadcaster in Ireland and its website has a wide-ranging reach, with more than 7 million website visits every month.
BRIEF:
RTÉ wanted to explore the possibility that RTÉ Food could evolve to become more than just a recipe directory, but evolve to be a leader of the new wave food community in Ireland.
SOLUTION:
Developing an innovation plan to help RTÉ visualise and prioritise the key consumers trends which are impact its business. I developed a future trend-led innovation pipeline for the coming months and beyond, with detailed suggestions of UX and UI improvements, consumer-facing innovations and even business models to connect with foodies, increasing reach, engagement and profits.
